Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on the totoxl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the totoxl Platform or any associated service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of totoxl or its affiliated entities.

totoxl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in Account suspension pending review.

Registration of an Account on the totoxl Platform is free of charge and subject to the following conditions:

1. One Account per person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being closed with balances subject to review.
2. Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile phone number.
3. Account credentials. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. totoxl will never proactively ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.
4. Notification of changes. You must promptly notify totoxl of any change to your registered details. Failure to do so may impede Account access or delay withdrawal processing.
5. Account non-transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.
6. Account closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Outstanding wagers will be settled according to standard rules before final closure is confirmed.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all Members who wish to make withdrawals or who have triggered risk-based review thresholds. The KYC process may require you to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming that the account is registered in your name.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note stating your totoxl username and the current date.

totoxl will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission. During the KYC review period, withdrawal requests may be placed in a pending state until verification is successfully completed.

All KYC documentation is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

5.1 General. All deposits and withdrawals on the totoxl Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment channel and Member tier.

5.2 Accepted Payment Channels. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Wallet instantly or within 5 minutes. During scheduled bank maintenance windows or national holidays, processing times may extend to 15–30 minutes. totoxl is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party banking infrastructure.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during WIB (UTC+7) business hours. Standard processing time is 15–60 minutes for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri transfers. Withdrawals to CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and e-wallets may take up to 3 hours. Withdrawals requested outside standard banking hours will be queued and processed at the earliest available opportunity.

5.5 Same-Method Rule. Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and comply with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Exceptions may be granted at totoxl's sole discretion following successful KYC review.

5.6 Fees. totoxl does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees or charges, for which totoxl bears no responsibility.

5.7 Failed or Rejected Transactions. If a deposit fails to credit or a withdrawal is rejected by the receiving institution, totoxl will investigate and notify you within 24 hours. Funds from failed transactions will be returned to their source account within 3–5 business days, subject to third-party bank timelines.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by totoxl are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of issue, as well as the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly disclosed on each promotional offer page. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of Rp 2.000.000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette, baccarat, and blackjack may contribute a reduced percentage. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sports betting markets may be subject to minimum odds restrictions. Full contribution details are published on the relevant promotion page.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.

6.5 Abuse and Misuse. totoxl reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk exposure, or coordinating play with other Members to exploit promotional structures.

6.6 Promotional Changes. totoxl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a bonus will not be retrospectively affected by changes made after the time of claim, except where fraud or abuse is established.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on the totoxl Platform are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. totoxl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason, including where system errors, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. totoxl may apply personalised account-level limits where warranted by risk assessment or responsible gaming considerations.

7.3 Sports Betting. Sportsbook markets — including bandar bola (the Indonesian term for football bookmaking), mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple matches), and standard match-winner markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — are governed by the specific market rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or walkover, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.

7.4 Live Casino. Live casino games including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and game-show variants are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are governed by the studio's published rules and are final once the round is closed.

7.5 Slot Games. Slot games are provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. All slot titles operate on certified RNG systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.6 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on totoxl operate under their own published draw schedules and prize tables. Draws are conducted by certified third-party providers. totoxl is not responsible for delays caused by provider-side technical issues.

7.7 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned where: a verifiable pricing error occurred at the time of placement; the event did not take place within the specified timeframe; or a game malfunction interrupted a round before a result could be determined.

7.8 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. totoxl's decision following investigation is final and binding, subject to the escalation process described in Clause 14.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes to increase limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the totoxl Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, event manipulation, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing totoxl staff, agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the totoxl Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the totoxl brand name and trademark — is the exclusive property of totoxl or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from totoxl.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use totoxl's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an affiliation not authorised by totoxl.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of totoxl's intellectual property may result in legal action. To request permission for any use not expressly covered by these Terms, please contact us at the address provided in Clause 15.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, totoxl, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 totoxl's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

11.3 totoxl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, or acts of government may result in temporary service interruptions for which totoxl bears no liability.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

totoxl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the binding agreement between you and totoxl.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Data is stored on SSL-encrypted servers. Access is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
• totoxl does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to our support team.

totoxl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email or prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure. The version date and version number displayed at the top of this document identify the currently applicable edition.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. totoxl recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of change.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which totoxl holds its primary operating licence. References to Indonesian player eligibility and market context are for informational purposes and do not constitute a representation that the service is offered under Indonesian domestic law.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and totoxl, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

14.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by totoxl's licensing authority. 14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
